Ruth Hale
Ruth is passionate about bringing about positive change for children, teenagers and adults and putting them at the heart of our work. She is an experienced leader in statutory and large third sector organisations, specialising in promoting positive culture, compliance and quality assurance in respect of safeguarding and social work practice.
Ruth is experienced in:
- The application of trauma informed practice, therapeutic approaches and has a wealth of experience in complex and high risk case management. Ruth’s expertise extends to all areas of safeguarding children and adults, inclusive of specialist areas such as exploitation and modern slavery.
- Delivering transformational change (holistic/ whole system approach) and working in difficult financial landscapes to foster effective partnership and collaborative working arrangements with a range of public bodies, private sector, third sector and clients
- Delivering training and development of training packages.
Ruth has a good track record in financial and performance management, strategic management and formulation of growth strategies, annual business planning, development of governance arrangements, strategic planning, change management, thematic reviews, restructuring, and high demand roles.
