Ellen Law
Ellen has more than 25 years of experience as a social worker and as a senior manager in social services. In 2006 Ellen became a freelance Adviser where she has used her experience to help social services departments in a number of Council’s to successfully implement transformation and modernisation programmes including leading a successful high cost case review for Wiltshire County Council and the Pathways to Independence Project at Neath Port Talbot.
Within Alder Advice Ellen is an expert adviser on "Progression" focused practice and she often works with practitioners to develop practice or leads teams of practitioners through complex case review projects.
