Kim is a former Academic Psychologist, who has spent most of her career working in the voluntary and statutory sectors focused on change management, people development, and relationship building.
Kim’s is passionate about securing effective support and intervention for vulnerable people, across the age range. She believes success in this area involves working closely with the people involved to find out what works for them and how that can be translated into the development of effective, efficient, economically sound and values-based services.
Throughout her career, Kim has successfully managed change and supported the delivery of service improvement for the benefit of children, young people, adults and families. She has successfully run her own consultancy in the education, health and social care fields and had 8 years of experience as a Chief Officer. She led a large and complex mental health charity.
Kim is well-recognised for reliable delivery and high quality, person-centred practice. She has an aptitude for working in partnership with other organisations/board of trustees to improve practice and win new businesses. She enjoys challenge and she has a long track record of leading and supporting teams to excel and achieve their full potential. At the same time, she is able to manage and control complex operations with a focus on efficiency and profitability.
