Western Bay Progression Training

The Western Bay Region commissioned Alder Advice to provide Progression Training for 106 Practitioners from the learning disability and mental health teams from across the Region e.g. from Bridgend Council, Swansea Council, Neath Port Talbot Council and ABMU Health Board. The training was delivered over 6 separate days in January 2016. The training fully met all training objectives and the feedback from participants was very good as the majority of attendees:

  • Reported the training was very useful and directly linked to their work.
  • Evaluated the standard, knowledge and quality of training as high
  • Said they would recommend attending the course to others.
