Daniel Fisher
Daniel has 8 years of experience of working in the public sector, predominantly on projects associated with analysing and delivering value for money/efficiency and engaging with the private/third sector providers within Adult Social Care. His specialist areas are:

- Market analysis/Market position statements,
- Using brokerage effectively, and
- Negotiating fair prices with providers.
Before working in the public sector Daniel worked in the private sector for two major national retail brands, firstly as an assistant accountant and then as a financial analyst. His role in Alder Advice is as lead adviser on market analysis and strategic commissioning and he often takes on the negotiation role in complex case reviews.
