Liz Jayne

Liz has been an independent consultant and coach for the last 18 years, specialising in organisational and community change, and leadership development with public and third sector organisations. Her work has particularly focussed on strategic development, evaluation, training, project and programme management, and multi-sectoral collaboration. Prior to this Liz held several public sector senior management posts in the NHS and in local authorities in public health and community education.

Liz has particular experience in applying asset-based approaches to change in a wide variety of contexts. In recent years she has worked with Manchester Metropolitan University to develop courses on asset-based approaches and has just completed a pilot project for Health Education England developing a series of modules on asset-based approaches to person centred care. Liz is currently working with a social prescribing project in Tameside to embed asset-based approaches in their work.
