Rachel Spurr

Rachel facilitates and manages change within the Public, Private and Third Sectors, through projects she delivers through Alder Advice.She has a Masters in Business Administration, is a qualified Coach and Counsellor and is a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming. She is trained in Synectics creative and innovative problem solving facilitation, coaching teams and project management and has a wealth of experience in applying these in practice as a former senior manager at Wrexham Council and in recent years as an independent external adviser with Alder Advice.

Rachel is a self motivated, hard working and enthusiastic person who thrives on new challenges and can work individually or as part of a team. She believes in lifelong learning and continues to look for ways of challenging her learning and gaining new experiences. She enjoys helping other people to identify and achieve their full potential as demonstrated by her regular work with Groups and Networks supporting collaborative working, business improvement and influencing Welsh Government Policy.

Rachel's ability to facilitate creative thinking, priority identification and strategy development, to influence effectively and to manage in conflict situations, underpin the success that she has achieved herself and collectively with others.
